1. Service and availability
Svelo is a planning and focus service provided by x1 technologies. Full provider details appear at the end of this document. Contact contact@svelo.cloud or the postal address below for service enquiries and complaints.
This website presents a product in preparation. It is not a store and cannot create a paid subscription. The app and individual features are available in the version and supported region made available to you. Product announcements are not confirmation of a public launch date.
You can save or print these terms before using the service. Store purchases are also subject to the relevant Apple or Google purchase, billing and account terms, without limiting your mandatory rights.
2. Age and technical requirements
You must be at least 16 to use Svelo. If you are under 18, use the service and enter obligations with a legal representative’s consent where applicable law requires it. Purchases also remain subject to store-account controls and rules. We do not offer a parental-verification process to bypass the minimum age.
The app requires a compatible device and a supported iOS or Android version stated in the store. Accounts, purchase verification, AI, synchronisation and remote notifications require an internet connection. Local manual functions may work offline. Your connectivity costs remain subject to your agreement with your operator.
Microphone, calendar and notification permissions are needed only for their corresponding functions. You can decline them and use other available features.
3. Free features, accounts and your content
Free features include manual planning and local history within the relevant version’s scope. An account is needed for functions that require one, not simply to save a local task. Creating an account does not purchase a subscription.
Use an account belonging to you. Protect device and identity-provider access. Do not access other people’s accounts, disrupt the service, circumvent limits or submit content without the necessary rights.
You retain rights to your content. You permit processing only as needed for functions you activate and service operation. This does not grant us a right to publish private notes or use them in advertising.
4. Pro, prices and subscriptions
Pro provides additional functions described in the current app offer. Before confirmation, the store presents the monthly or annual plan, full price with applicable taxes, currency, billing period and renewal terms. The terms shown in your actual checkout govern that purchase, rather than an illustrative website price.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you disable renewal under the store’s rules. Apple or Google collects payment. We do not create a charge merely because you use the app without a confirmed store purchase.
A trial or special offer exists only if the store explicitly presents it for your account and product. Check the post-trial price and renewal terms before accepting. We do not guarantee every user a free trial or repeated trial eligibility.
Restoring purchases checks access on the appropriate store account. If a purchase is missing, do not buy it again without checking: confirm the account and contact us. Access depends on entitlement verification, without affecting your rights if our service fails.
5. Cancelling renewal or ending use
Manage renewal in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After renewal is disabled, access normally continues until the end of the paid period, unless refund rules or other applicable rights produce a different result. Check the store for the subscription’s exact date and status.
Uninstalling the app or deleting a Svelo account does not cancel store renewal. Disabling synchronisation does not cancel it either. Data controls and billing controls are separate actions.
You can stop using free features, erase local data or request account deletion. Expiry of Pro does not erase earlier cloud history or allow us to publish it. The privacy policy explains export and deletion.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. When that period begins and whether an exception applies depend on the service and information properly provided before purchase. Merely starting the app is not a general waiver of your rights.
Where you expressly request a service to begin during the withdrawal period, statutory proportionate-payment rules may apply. Exceptions for a fully performed service or digital content apply only when all legal requirements are met, including the necessary consent, information and confirmation. These terms do not replace those requirements.
For a store purchase, you can use Apple’s or Google’s withdrawal and refund procedure. You can also email contact@svelo.cloud with an unambiguous withdrawal decision and enough information to identify the purchase. A particular form is not compulsory. Store tools do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
7. Complaints and conformity
The digital service must conform to the contract and legal requirements, including functionality, compatibility, security and required updates. For a lack of conformity, statutory remedies include bringing it into conformity and, in the circumstances specified by law, a price reduction or termination.
Send a complaint to contact@svelo.cloud or the postal address below. Explain the problem, approximate time, device and requested resolution. No special form or entire private history is required. Do not include passwords, full card numbers or other people’s data.
We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days unless a specific applicable provision sets a different period. We will reply in a form you can retain, such as email. These terms do not exclude statutory consequences of failing to reply.
Consumers can seek help from a consumer ombudsman or an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution body. Poland’s UOKiK publishes information. After an unresolved complaint, we will provide the legally required statement about the relevant ADR procedure; this is not automatic agreement to every arbitration scheme.
8. AI proposals and responsible use
Svelo supports organising work. It is not a medical service, diagnosis or therapy and does not replace professional advice. We do not guarantee a health outcome or a particular work result.
AI may misread speech, estimate duration incorrectly or suggest an unsuitable step. Check content, dates and constraints before approval. You decide which plan to use; do not authorise processing of content without the necessary rights.
Cloud functions have limits and may be temporarily unavailable. This does not authorise unjustified withdrawal of a paid function or restriction of statutory remedies. Available manual functions let you continue planning during a problem.
9. Updates, changes and access
We may provide security fixes, updates and changes required for conformity, operating-system compatibility or legal compliance. Install required updates made available to you. We will give legally required notice of material restrictions or changes affecting an ongoing contract, sufficiently in advance and on a durable medium where required.
Changes to an ongoing digital service are permitted only on the grounds allowed by law. If a change has a material negative effect on use, the relevant statutory termination rights remain available. New terms do not remove accrued rights or claims concerning earlier performance.
We may proportionately restrict access to protect security or address a material breach. Where circumstances permit, we will explain why and allow the issue to be resolved. Urgent security action does not permit us to disregard mandatory consumer rights.
10. Law and contact
Polish law applies without depriving a consumer of protection under mandatory provisions of their habitual-residence country where applicable. We do not impose a court on consumers that would remove statutory protection.
An ineffective term does not disapply the remaining terms or applicable law. Liability is governed by law; these terms do not introduce a general exclusion of liability for conformity, intentional wrongdoing or circumstances where exclusion is prohibited.
